Through different disciplines—visual installations, some of them interactive, painting, illustration, short films, and music— I seek to approach an indescribable experience, the limits of perception and articulation. A disturbing territory of light and shadow, of voices that dissolve into silence; a disconcerting gloom that evokes mystery, like indistinguishable whispers.
You understand that something is happening, but your reasoning fails you. No word, no image, no sound can fully capture what you feel. What remains is the metaphor itself, intangible, elusive, woven silently into each of my projects, rocking you.
I would like to thank you for listening to my music.

zen101 · Andrew Henry: Salvation
Salvation is Andrew Henry's 22nd release as a solo artist, whose music has been described as "sweeping, cosmic ambient" with "slow, enveloping waves of velvety sound that characterize warm drone" (Matthew Sweeney, Foreign Accents). The album is an atmospheric and morphing collage of drones, soft piano pieces, and hypnotic loops created through sampling, time-stretching, cassette manipulation, and minor improvisation.
