My music is a bric-à-brac montage of modified samples. I create half of the sounds, then I add other sounds from the web to create a weird collage. I like adding my own as well, using easy-to-use software, and I play with tempo, pitch, etc... until I'm satisfied with the track.

I have no genre limitations. I am exploring mostly dark ambient music, so I can channel my depression and create my own music, which is my therapy. I try to make people realize that if we don't embrace the darkness within ourselves, we may not appreciate the brighter side at its full extent.

My soundcloud profiles states "excerpts of books that were never written". As a struggling beginning writer, I feel that music allows me to tell stories that I can't lay down on paper for lack of courage and persistence. This music, and this Dashiell Lockhart persona as a whole, is my way into music, and my way out of darkness.
